Kazumu Obinata[1] was a pre-war vanilla illustrator who published illustrations for SM magazines including Uramado and SM Fan.

1910: Born October 20th.

1928: Starts illustrating for newspapers.

1931: Starts illustrating for magazines. Earns 3yen per picture.

Obinata created vanilla illustrations under the name Kiyoshi Kimada.
